These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

By using this website and the services provided herein, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided herein. Note that this mandatory arbitration pertains solely to the use of this website and not to any subsequent legal services that may be provided.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator selected by mutual agreement of the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, appointed in accordance with the AAA rules. 

The arbitration proceedings shall be confidential, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court for disputes that qualify under applicable jurisdictional limits. Additionally, either party may seek injunctive relief or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use of proprietary materials. If any provision of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
