PAIGE ADAMCZYK, Esq.
Paige Adamczyk was an entertainment professional for several years before joining the California Bar in 2008. She began her career in civil litigation and went on to work across a wide variety of practice areas, including entertainment, corporate formation, and transactional law. Having witnessed significant ethical challenges in both litigation and entertainment, she was drawn to the niche practice area of ethics. In 2024, she founded Adamczyk Legal PC, a firm built on a strong company culture, dedicated to providing supportive, compassionate, and effective assistance to clients, primarily in the areas of ethics, state bar defense, judicial defense, and entertainment law.
Paige earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and her law degree from Southwestern Law School. She also attended summer courses in alternative dispute resolution at Pepperdine University.

KELLY CROSBY, Senior Law Clerk
Kelly Crosby is a Senior Law Clerk with experience in ethics, transactional law, and legal research. She takes pride in working closely with clients and attorneys, helping them navigate complex legal matters with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master's Degree in History from Florida State University, and her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, two teenagers, and two dogs.

Community Involvement
Adamczyk Legal is committed to bettering both the community and the legal profession. The Firm actively supports and encourages every employee, staff member, and team member to pursue socially conscious and philanthropic work, a value reflected in the individual interests and activities of its team.
Paige has devoted significant time to providing pro bono and low bono legal services to individuals with limited resources, volunteering with Legal Aid organizations in both California and Florida. Kelly's community involvement includes work with the Syracuse University Transactional Law Clinic and the Cold Case Justice Initiative, service on the Executive Board of the Journal of Global Rights and Organizations, and a role as Procedural Advisor for the Syracuse University Office of Community Standards.
Together, Paige and Kelly have also contributed their time, energy, and resources to a wide range of organizations, including AIDS Project Los Angeles, the Susan G. Komen LA Breast Cancer Foundation, Ventura County Animal Services, Best Friends Animal Society, Miranda's People, the ASPCA, Toys for Tots, Girl Scouts of America, and the Autism Advisory Team of the Boulder Valley School District.
